I disconnected battery on my 1999 dodge caravan, reconnected and working fine, however, scanner showed EGR system, fuel & O2 heater not ready. How can I put this back?

Do you mean it had those codes before the battery was disconnected or after it was reconnected? Codes are erased when power is disconnected. They will set in memory again while you're driving if the problems occur again.
