I had new front bearings put on my car, and they failed to put one of the major looking bolts back in the inside of the wheel. What are these bolts called? Just wheel bolts?

Come on. There's lots of bolts. You have to be more specific than a "major-looking" bolt. They're all important. How do you know it isn't an old one left over? The axle nuts for your car are a one-time-use nut and are supposed to be replaced anytime they are removed or loosened.
