i have a chrysler 300 1999 and now the while wont move and the key wont turn what do i do?

If the key doesn't turn, try lubericating the tumbler to see if that helps. If it doesn't, either the tumbler is bad, the linkage from the tumbler to the switch is damaged, or the switch itself is bad.
