Replaced the catalytic converters, then replaced the camshaft position sensor then got a p1345 code, ckp cmp correlation. I was told I need to synch the ckp and cmp. Is there some kind of adjustment I need to do because of the new sensor? It runs good, just a intermittent miss or something when not accelerating. If you hit the gas there's no miss and it has good power. It's like a little hiccup when cruising at speed{60 to 70mph}.

This may be a bad distributor especially if it's plastic. The sync has to be done with a scan tool or at least checked. The gear on these wear out and cause your problem.
