My timing is off were my engine light in on dist. In dropped in right needed scanner to set -2 can I do it any other way to save cost?

First scan for codes and get correct codes, auto parts store do this for free. Then I fyou dist is truly off bring engine up to #1 and point dist rotor to #1 on cap. Then tighten down it should be ok.

Already did that I scan got code P1345 Dist is in right just needs to be turned to right place need a scanner that reads - & + degres dont want to pay somebody to sink it in to make light go off how can I do it my self without scanner?

Good luck on that then because the only scanners that do that are the pro type scanners not auto parts store ones. You really need a scanner for this to be done, because it is cam to crank sensor syncronization. The only thing you can do is check to see if rotor is loose on dist shaft

No it just wont' give great fuel mileage.
