I have a 1999 Suburban with a driver side master door switch that works perfectly with the exception of raising and lowering the driver side window. All other functions are in working order. Also, the RR, LR, and RF switches do not work. Is this a switch issue or something more sinister?

Symptoms indicates a bad switch. Have you tested motor operations?

WINDOWS ONLY OPERATE FROM DRIVER'S WINDOW SWITCH (4-DOOR)
Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Place window lockout switch in NORMAL position. Connect test light between ground and affected window switch connector Dark Blue wire terminal (left rear or right rear) or Yellow wire terminal (right front). If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Dark Blue wire between inoperative switch and splice S263 or Yellow wire between inoperative window switch and instrument panel fuse block.
