Mixing them both is not recommended, but above all will not harm your radiator or cooling system only if the antifreeze is universal. In some cases yes it can harm your system if your vehicle only requires the manufactures suggested antifreeze, but doing it once will be ok, just try and stick with what is suggested for the vehicle. You can call Autozone or any auto parts stores if unsure of what kind to use.
