1999 Deville, what is the best way to determine if my climate control programer is bad or if it s an acctuator. The system seems to work fine temp wise but it doesnt mix air correctly. Thanks

Usually such problems are due to the actuator or linkage adjustment. Is the problem intermittent or constant?

Was the battery ever disconnected?
Have you tried calibrating the actuators?
