I have a 99 e46.I have simular symptions but different if you know what I mean. Varying from sluggish/hessitation when cold to lack of power(car in netural, reving engine revs sluggish or none ) thanks in advance for your help

Noticed at first it was a bit sluggish, not getting full power when accellating so the trottle body was cleaned. Then one day when I started it, I done a u turn in first and proceded into second and it nearly died. No mater how much reves were applied. I pulled in and allowed the engine to warm up a bit and it was a little better to drive. Have changed air, oil filter and got an oil change. It runs a little better. The oil using now is 5 w 40 full syntetic but before it was 10 w 30 semisyntec. Car is manaul drive. If that helps thanks
