Leak coming from the center under neath my car

I have a bad leak coming from the center under neath my car when ever I put coolant in. Could this be a lose hose or some thing else? Thank you

I have tried the stop a leak but this time it didn't work. I had done this too the leak a few years back and it worked up until now.

It could be a loose hose or something. It also could be a water pump leak.
I would not use any type of stop leak product. They can clog your whole cooling system. You need to get this repaired correctly or it will keep causing your problems.
If it were me I would jack up the car and take a look to see if I could pinpoint where the leak was coming from.
