1.6 8 valve golf with new head gasket and bolts but still smokes white but has a hint of blue in the smoke. The smoke smells like its burning oil but is losing none. Had oil change at the same time as head gasket( yesterday) help please

Depending on how bad the issue was BEFORE the head gasket change. It could all just be residual smoke from the fluid(s) that are left in the exhaust.
Give it a few days of driving to see if it stops. Try to drive it at 3000-4000rpm at steady highway speeds for awhile.

When the head gasket was changed, where the Valve Stem Seals also replaced?

Has a leak-down test been done to check the rings?
