Computer trouble codes. Gasoline or Diesel? The codes will either be a 4-character alphanumeric with a standard scantool or a 5-digit code with the VW VAG tool.

No trouble code - fault sucsees clear - not 3rd gear but 2 gear not to move to 3rd gear. Please advice. Thanks

I has already overhaul transmission - piston kit all new - solenoid all new -wiring harness solenoid its new - drum clutch (K1-K2-K3) all new. But 2 gear not to move to 3 gear transmission. Please advice. Thank you

Something either wasn't put back together properly or wires were crossed during reinstallation.

Also make sure you used the proper type and quantity of fluid.
