1998 camry I am unable to remove the blown 100 amp fusable link. Any trick to this.

I believe it's bolted in.

The fuse is bolted on. At side of fuse box, use a screw driver to flip them open on either side and you can get to the bolt. It is either 8 or 10 mm hex head or a combination of both.
