Is the fluid full in the clutch MC? Can you upload a pic of what you are referring to?

ok i found out the disc thing is a DAMPER!?(whats that) and ya fluid is ok it sorta acts like a failing pressure plate yet when it has been running for 5 min it then acts normal!? also seems grab point was always closer to floor but i see no way to do any adjusting. they sell the whole hydraulic assembly as a unit you just twist to get old out and in! there's a youtube vid on it! of course if i buy that and that dont fix it.......so i'd like to know what the problem is before i go replacing things....

The part you refer to is there just to keep a steady pressure in the system when in use. As far as the symptoms, it sounds like the MC is bad and allowing fluid to bypass it.

Not always... If the fluid is only bypassing the plunger in the MC, it may not leak. Also, it may leak into the vehicle where the MC is mounted.
