I purchased a 1998 Saturn SL2 over the weekend. It is in pretty good shape for its age. It has 215,000 miles. I planned on using this car to help save a little on gas since I own a Ford Exp. That drinks a lot of gas. I took the Saturn down to have it inspected today and it failed the OBDII. The following is a list of codes that I was given by the service tech.
PO133 - O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Or Single Sensor 1) and
PO341 - Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance (Bank 1 or Single Sensor)
These are the only two codes showing. I do not have a lot of money so I am hoping I can find a way to repair this at a resonable price. Can someone please tell we where to start trying to repair these issues.

The P0133 is most likely a bad front o2 sensor the one in the exhaust manifold. The most common cause of a code p0341 is black carbon on the spark plug's and the spark plug wire end's also corroded coil tower's where the wire's go on. After you take of all that you will have to clear the code's and drive it like 50 miles to reset all the monitor's.
