I have seen some of these performance chips that are claimed to boost torque and mpg, do any of these actually work or worth it? I have seen the G Force and something like performance direct. Any suggestions?

They will change some parameters but will shortne the mileage you can get out of the car and eventuakllly cause problems. The factory has the ECU set that way for a reason. Howver, G Force is okay but I would go with Hypertec if you are going to do it.
