Oil pressure

1998 olds aurora, had oil & filter changed 1 week ago, now oil press. Reads 6-7 @ idle, 25-30 @ 4k rpm. This has got to be way wrong, help. Mike v

Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge if normal -replace he oil pressure switch
