Alarm problem

The car won't start, when you turn the key'the dash displays'alarm system'service required. How can I reset or fix this?

Close all doors and use the key to lock and unlock driver door. If system cannot be disarmed, try using the passenger door or trunk lid.

I believe you do not have the remote controller.
