There is a knocking and clunking noise when i go over ramps and turn left or right
maybe suspension any ideas :-(

Lots of ideas. Have the steering and suspension systems inspected at a tire and alignment shop. Common causes are ball joints, tie rod ends, struts, control arm bushings, anti-sway bar links, and loose brake pads or calipers.
