I own 98 mirage and just had new tires and front end alignment and it shakes worse that an earthquake once over 55/60!

Ensure that there are no loose components in the steering gear. Check the tie rods and tie rod ends. Most alignment sgops won't proceed with alignment work if these components are bad, though.
Did the newly mounted tires get rebalanced before being fitted onto the car?
