Car is overheating, water either wanting to or coming out of underneath radiator cap with no other obvious leaks

Brand new water pump, thermostat, and belt
192000 miles not knowing how many miles are on current motor
No oil in water or water in the oil, or white smoke coming from muffler

The radiator cap may be bad. If you are sure it is overheating, meaning you have a temp gauge, then try this and if it does not work have a coolant system pressure test performed.
