I replaced Master cylinder bleed bakes

I replaced master cylinder bleed bakes. Start car put in gear and brakes do not release.

Why did you replace the master cylinder? Do you mean the pedal doesn't return or it returns but the car won't creep ahead on its own? Have you checked for a sticking parking brake cable?
