The car is a 1998 Landrover freelander 1 k series diesel engine with approximately 168000 miles on its mileage it vibrates while idling as well as at low speeds, at high speed the vibration seem to disappear. It started after I drove in a rough road. What could be causing this vibration.

While idling if you mean braking then it may be warped brake rotors please check that. While driving on a rough track if car makes any noise like dugg dugg so check control arm bushes.
