1998 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4.0 Starts out Really Slow!

I have a 1998 jeep cherokee sport 4.0. Recently it will sometimes start out really slow and do fine once up to speed. When I stop, it will start out real slow again. Check engine light is on. Usually I can restart it several times and it will do fine. The only Error Code is a Error 89. There is no P Error code and I cant find any info on an Error 89.

How did you check codes? I never heard of error 89? Unplug a sensor try to set a po code. At the data link connector, pin 16 is hot all the time. Pins 4 and 5 are grounds.
