If got a honda ballade 98 model I had a idling problem, I was told to clean the throttle. Body I did so and the idling still wasn't rite I turn on the butterfly so the throttle can be a bit open in order for the car to idle I replace the IACV. Should I turn the throttle close again?
What can be the problem

How did you turn on the throttle?

You need to have a little slack for the accelerator cable. Readjust the cable and see if the idling stabilises after replacement of the IAC.

Hi, I took the car to a machanic he said the car has a miss and tht its over fueling and its the distributor I must take it to a auto, I drove to the auto car has got no power, the auto check whatever he can on his side, send me to a other machanic bec he tells me is a machanical problem, and that guy also then tell me my car is over fueling but he can't help me.I then just took it to a guy that has a computer setup and left the car there I'll just wait on his feed back.

Can it b such a big problem?

How many types of mechanics do you have over there?
I don't understand why you need to be moving around.
I don't know what the problem is so I can't comment on its seriousness but 1 thing I am sure, you need a better mechanic than those you have been to.

Is the Check Engine Light indicating and have you checked for trouble codes?
Misfiring are usually caused by bad spark plugs or related components. That would result in loss of power and black smoke emission.

When the idling speed is hunting, it usually is due to excessively high idling speed. This is usually due to vacuum leakages. It can also be due to a bad Idle Air Control valve or cold start valve.

Have these checked. Insufficient coolant or clogged coolant lines to the IAC can also cause this.
