My 1998 Accord EX 4CYL is leaking oil on top of the transmission and I cannot find where is it leaking from since it's hard to see. I made sure that it is oil and not Transmission fluid. I have cleaned and tried checking again, but there are too many hoses and cables. I recently had the VTEC gasket replaced. It is leaking exactly where this old post is leaking from.

Some common areas of leaking would be:

distributor seal
v-tec seal (which you already replaced)
valve cover gasket.

Also, if your vehicle is equipped with a cam end plug, they tend to leak as well.

I actually forgot to mention along with the v-tec seal I also changed the distributor seal and valve cover gasket as well. I am gonna try the v-tec again. Thanks for the advise.
