I have a 1998 GMC Sierra Sle 1500 4×4 with 5.7/350 vortec. I was coming back from out of town and I was going up a 6% grad hill and my truck started making a noise I thought I had a lifter start sticking I put the truck in natural and revved it up and other was no noise I stared driving and it started doing it when I'm at a loss and I need my truck my son just had open heart surgery some one please help
