the evap system is very involved and requires significant training and tooling to diagnose,it could be anything from a loose or broken hose to the canister and so on.one thing i will say is that your particulair vehicle has A LOT of pcm problems causesing this issue,which could easily be mis-diagnosed by someone not qaulified to do this type of testing.i would suggest that you take it to a reputable shop for diag. and then go from there.
