Blinkers and hazard lights

Hi, Both blinkers and the hazard went out at the same time. The fuse has been changed, no success. I had a blinker relay put in, still doesn't work. What do you think the problem is? I do not have the extra $99 for the diagnostic machine. What should I try next?

You have an electronic flasher under lh side of dash that is probably not working and it probably controls both

Hazard lights do not work
turn signals only work when hazard button is push on and no power to clock and radio,
i have check all fuses & relays that I can find
