You need a special puller to remove the pump pulley first, other wise you cant access the pump bolts, do you have access to this tool? the part # is T69L-10300-B, see pic.

no i don't have access to this tool...but is it impossible to do without it...and is it completely necessary to take apart the entire fan assembly...cause that is what i have heard...thanks...

Personally i have never done this job, i can only go by what is in the manual, as for any short cuts this i just can comment on, to my mind you will not be able to access the attach bolts with the pulley in place.
