98 ford contour SE V6 has check engine light on and code says its running lean on bank one and code also says there is pressure on the manafold. Have already changed mass airflow sensor, fuel filter and put gumout in the gas tank. It is also reving up when idle and occasionally stalls. Also has no horsepower. Could this be clogged or bad fuel injectors? Or does this sound like something else?

Lean fuel condition could be caused by one of the following below:

1. Vacuum leaks
2. EGR and PCV valve.
3. Low fuel pressure.
4. Dirty fuel injectors.
5. Mass Air Flow Sensor.
6. Oxygen Sensor.
