I removed my car arms linkage because of the noise it makes when on rough road and could not find a replacement for it unless I make an order from another country, thou I still drive the car, Hope it will not cause any damage to the car. Please I need to know if I should stop using the car until I`m able to get it.

If you are tlaking about where I have the red arrow drawn then it's not going to make the front end stable but you can continue to drive just watch hard conrering, hard braking and hard movements.

What arm is it and if the noise is due to looseness/wear of ball joints, then it is not safe to continue driving it.

If it is bushes that are worn they would not give way completely but handling of vehicle would be affected.
