I am having problems with when it's raining, I drive thru water and my belt pops of, especially if I am turning the wheels. What is causing this? Also, the guard on the bottom of engine to protect against water being splashed onto the belt is missing, what is it called and where can I get one the scrapyards around here don't have any and I can't find one cause I don't know the name or part number for online.

That's a common problem on those, especially when the splash guard is missing. The dealer should be able to find one for you.

It is a shroud. If it is missing, the water will splash directly on to the belts.
