Car repair taking too long

Car repaired by auto shop. When I picked up the car it would lose speed as I pressed on gas. It won't go pass10 mph. Took car back to same shop to recheck their work. It's now been 3 weeks and they said they can't figure out the problem. The car is a '98 chrysler sebring jx. What should I do?

You can demand your money back as they have failed in their duty of care to repair the car as required, then take it to a new workshop and see what tthey come up with, have they done a scan? What codes have they got.
