When its in park it is like it is stuck in gear for I cannot rev rpms. In reverse is the same way. Neutral is overdrive. Overdrive is drive. Drive is 2nd. 2nd is 1st. 1st is 1st I guess. What do I do

Sounds like it may be a shift cable adjustment. Place your gear selector in neutral. Get under vehicle, and on driverside of transmission, loosen the cable adjusting nut. Verify the trans is in neutral by rotating the linkage on the transmission clockwise, till it stops-this is park. Now rotate it counter clockwise 2 clicks, this is neutral. Tighten the adjustment nut. See if this helps.
