When driving and getting up to 40 mph my car starts to bog and seems its at a struggle and my check engine starts to flash but I have changed everything I can think of fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs, plug wires, coil packs, pcv, mass air flow sensor, water pump. Please what could still be causing this

Have a pro scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge first. He can freeze frame it an dlook at the readings. It sounds like an intermittent problem.
