My buick riviera wont start. It has no spark ive changed the ignition moduel and the crank shaft sensor. Checked the fuses and iam at a stop need some help thanks.

Are you getting power to the coil? Have you checked all main fuses under the hood?

Ive only checked all the fuses under the back set and on the side of the dash board was checking the spark and it looks to have a very low spark berly visible

Check the coil to see if it is the problem. It sounds bad.

My brother has a car that has the same coil setup and I used his coils and moduel in mine erlyier his car works and still nothing and I just went outside and checked the fuses under the hood and they all good

If your parts work on his car and everything is good, then you need to check wiring to the PCM as well as the PCM itself. Make sure nothing is corroded, check continunity in the wiring to the coil to make sure there is no internal wiring damage. Check the plug to the PCM for corrosion, pins pushed in.

Some pepole been telling me that my timming chain me be off but no back fires or nothing sounds normal when it turns over. What about the camshaft sensor? And what excactly is the pcm?

The PCM is the power control module. It runs just about everything. As far as the timing, you would still have good spark just at the wrong time.
