Service engine light on for weeks, burnt out now, will not pass inspection. First, how do I get in the dash to change the light?

That may not be so easy. First the dash cluster has to be removed to even access the area and they may not be replaceable bulbs at all. The mayt be LEDs soldered right into the circuit board.
