My car stalls on idle, we have ruled out alternator, air filter, intake hoses and any other possible leaks. It starts then idles right down to a stall but then starts right back up fine. It dose not stall while driving.

Could e a vacuum leak.

Could be an idle control motor failure.

Could be a dirty throttle plate as well.

Its not vacuum, we have made sure of this. I know for a fact it just needs a throttle body/ICA service. I prefer to do my own work, but never done anything of the above, I just dont know what kind of work it is. (Cleaning parts or replacing)Is this an at home job>
