I have a97 saturn sc1 and the ac will not come on and we are getting power.

we have jumped the relays and they are working but we can not get the clutch to come on or the coolant fan

Check the freon level. If it is too low, it won't come on.

Just to add to this one the radiator fan will not cycle on unless the a/c compressor cycles on.You will have to get pressure gauges to see what the pressure is without the ac compressor on.Let us know what you find.
