NEW HEAD GASKET, TIMING IS ALL GOOD

1997 nissan 4x4 4 cylinder idling is ok, no dtc. Engine cut out at full open throttle, at about 3500 rpm then comes back when rpm goes down. Anyone know?

Have you actually scanned for codes as not all codes will set a check light, check fuel pressure as well, start here.

Both hard and soft codes? Soft codes don't set the CEL. What about live data? The live data stream will give us the best idea of what is going on when this problem occurs.

Scaned with a code reader P0110 came up sorry can't get live data.

P0110 is the intake air temperature sensor circuit.
Minimum acceptable fuel pump pressure is 34 PSI at idle. Recommended is around 40 PSI. It sounds like your fuel pump is quite weak.
