Car has spark, fuel, timing belt in time, no check engine light, no error codes. Turns over like it should, just wont fire up. When the ingnition is turned on I can hear the fuel pump prime, but there's a buzzing from what I think might be the throttle position sensor. I could be wrong on the exact sensor name. Like I said though, no error codes present

You may hear the pump, but are you sure it is producing enough pressure? Also, are you getting a good hot blue snapping spark at the plugs? Are the fuel injectors getting power?
