While driving my RPM Gauge goes up and down. 0-2000, then to 5000 then back down and up. It will do this even when I am on cruise control or at a continuous constant speed. The car doesn's seem to be losing power and shifts fine.

Does the engine rpms do the same? Or does the guage just jump and everything else is fine? If its just the guage jumping you may need a mechanic to sweep the guages with a good scan tool. You may have a bad cluster.
