Shifting and idling

My vehicle is not wanting to shift right and if it goes from drive to neutral or park the rpms rev up and down for a few minutes. Also sometimes when trying to drive the 4wheel drive light and brake light blink on then off. I have replaced the tps, maf, iac. I am clueless from here.

The CHECK TRANS light should come on with start of Truck and stay on for 2-3 seconds.

If the light blinks on then off, you need to have it scanned for PCM diagnostic trouble codes.
Any repair shop or dealership can do this for less than a half hour of labor.

I have checked the computer for codes and nothing comes back. Its not kicking any codes. Thats what is puzzling me.

Unfortunately diagnosing electrical or elctro-mechanical problems is really tough. The problem is they fail intermitantly or they fail slowly. When they fail slowly the have to go outside the specifications that are set in the PCM that will recognize it as a problem and throw a code.
You kinda have to wait for it to get worse before you can get an idea of what is failing.
However, I find it strange that the diagnostic light on the dash is blinking, which indicates there is a problem, and not throw a code.
Did you run the diagnostic yourself?
