Coil packs

My engine shakes while idling I have never seen anything like this before, rpms jump from 650 to 490 back to 650 no service engine soon light or anything I changed plugs in my sho 2 months ago anyone have any ideas? And is it easy to check coil packs or would it be best to bring it to mechanic?

Ok thanks I have had this shaking problem since july 2010 getting very annoying
