My transmission is stuck in park(automatic).

What do I need to check and where to find. Is this in one of your covered videos? I put my foot on the brake, then push the button on shifter, I hear a click, but can't shift out of park is there a override or disconnect I can do?

This may sound crazy, but are the brake lights coming on? The park lock solenoid gets power from the brake light switch to release. If the switch is bad, it won't release.

Okay, you need to check if there is power to the park lock solenoid from the switch. If there is, check the linkage to make sure nothing has come apart and jammed.
