97 Dodge Stratus dies at stops

1997 dodge stratus dies when stopped at light with no warning will start back up after cranking a bit noticed alternator light randomly comes on while driving and lights flicker when turned on also dome light flickers when doors are open checked for codes there are none battery has 12.6volts car does not stumble or stutter just dies at stops when you take foot off gas and brake

Your voltage should land between 13.5-15.5 volts while engine is idling-check and test the idle air contol motor and throttle positioning sensor-EGR and PCV valves

Thanks the IAC motor was not working put one in too day and she is up and running. I still have the thing with the lights flicking and found that the batt had a low charge so I charged it and voltage shows between 13.5 and 14.0 volts now and no lights have come on yet

Have the battery and alternator load tested and comeback with the results
