Can I replace my Oxygen sensor myself?

I'm a female and i really don't know that much about cars but I'm willing to learn because my 1997 neon is giving me a lot of trouble.

It's easier with a special socket if there's room, but they can be tight and hard to get out sometimes. Why do you want to replace it? There's two of them also; one in front of the catalytic converter and one right after it.
