These are the codes that lit up at the Inspection facility P0108, P0118, P0154 and P0197. How should I go about fixing these issues. Are these problem fixable without taking it to the mechanic. Thank, you

108 is MAP sensor input high
118 is coolant temp sensor high
154 is no activity from the right front oxygen sensor
197 is oil temp sensor low

The first two suggest a broken ground wire to both sensors. They have that wire in common but those codes will also be set if they're unplugged while the ignition switch is on. When MAP sensor codes set, there is usually a pretty bad running problem too.

Unless you find a wiring harness problem for the O2 sensor, that's hard to diagnose without a scanner to view live data to see what's going on.
