Turns off and sounds like if are was escaping

First check the fuel pressure.

The noise is not good. Make sure there are no pulleys run by the belt that are bad.

What is the pressure?

Remove the hose from the regulater and see if there is any fuel in the line

I don't know the pressure but I'm sure is okay because it started doing that because like there is a hose that goes to the engine that sounds like air comes out.

Pressure needs to be verified to be sure,

check all your hoses to be sure of no vacuum leaks
